Concept
Core principle: Give opportunity to who wants, provide stage to who has ability, we like to hire those who have talents. And we’ll give you a promising future. We never waste a true talent.
Firstly, ability and integrity. We hold the principle that an employee should have both when we recruiting. Those who only have integrity but no ability is nothing but vulgarian, on the other hand, who just have ability is inferior, we shouldn't ditch either of them.
Secondly, consequentialism. We don't really care much when it comes to recruiting, it's your ability and high standards that count no your academic diploma. No matter who you are, what background you have, how old you are, we'll hire you if you do great work, better than your counterparts and have outstanding performance.
Currently, the age of technicians and middle-level managers in our company are around 35, and Workshop manager are around 30 or so. Although some of them are very young and high educational background, they have ability, do good job and have outstanding performance. We insisted on consequentialism when it comes to employing. We have given many people the opportunity to fully show their ability.
Thirdly, practice first. You only can discern good employees from practicing. Each year, we'll send various professionals who are admitted at ShiFeng corporation to the forefront of production. Let them improve from practicing first, then they'll have a test publicly, the best wins.
Fourthly, survival of the fittest. When it comes to recruiting. We do not adopt the method of Bole (a man in the Chou Dynasty) who examined the qualities of horses, but instead a host of horses galloping, and so let the steeds rise from obscurity.
Fifthly, everyone is talent. We reject to be stereotype, and advocate highly individualized. We think only the right person in the right position could she/he maximize their ability.
We hold this principle that we arrange our employees position based on their level, talents, experience and character.
